Domestication.

Greetings from these two little boogers!  When we're not watching, they're secret pals.  Mr. Smith busted them hanging out and snapped this pic before they could go back to their despising of each other.

Domestication News:
Mr. Smith totally revamped our front yard this weekend!
Under the Windows in the front, he added mulch and monkey grass:

In our front flower bed, there was this mutant lavender bush.  You couldn't tell where it began, where it ended, sometimes if it even was a plant...  so Mr. Smith dug the whole thing up and started fresh:

And planted these bad boys: Knock-out Roses and Gardenia Bushes.

Oooo.... pretty.  He's since covered that dirt in mulch.

As promised, here's that delicious Breakfast Casserole Recipe!

You'll Need:
1 pound bulk pork sausage (the secret is to get hot sausage)
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
6 slices white bread, cut off the crusts and cut the rest into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

What To Do:
Brown and Crumble Sausage in a Skillet. Drain and set aside.
Mix together eggs, milk, salt.
Slowly stir in those bread cubes, then the cheese and sausage.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Sprinkle the top with some more cheddar cheese.  Hmmm... the cheesier the better, right?
Here's the BIG SECRET:  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Yep!  Don't cook it right now, let it chill in the fridge overnight.
Go to bed and get a good night's sleep.  (Or... come home from a Sister's Bachelorette Party, whatever.)
Wake up the next day, and sit out the casserole on the counter for 20-30 minutes.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees while you're doing this.
Pop that dish in the oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Remove and place on plate for a delightful breakfast in bed.  :)
